Meditation Workshop-Beginner

In this workshop, we will teach what meditation is and how to get started in its practice. You will learn an effective way to approach your meditation practice. We will also share some ways to prepare the body and mind with some simple relaxation and focus techniques. In addition, you will be introduced to different types of meditation.

We hope to bring you a balanced practice and approach to meditation no matter your level of experience or understanding.

The following will be supplied:

  • Workbooks and pens
  • Meditation cushions (Please email us if you require a chair)
  • Water and a variety of quick snacks
  • Retail items for those interested (includes cushions, blanket shawls, stones and crystals, etc.)

 

How to be prepared:

  • Payment will be completed upon check in
  • Please come in good hygiene free of strong scents or perfumes
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • You may bring a throw blanket or shawl
  • Your own drinks and snacks are allowed

 

Deposits are required to reserve your space (Not refundable except for emergencies).

Meditation Workshop-Intermediate

This workshop offers a next step in your meditation journey. Together, we will review content learned from the Beginner Workshop and address questions. In addition, two new meditation techniques will be introduced.
It is our hope that this opportunity will enhance your personal practice and bring greater depth to your experiences.
Concepts of transcendental meditation will be introduced to you. There will also be time for discussion and sharing of personal experiences.

  • Retail items for those interested (includes cushions, blanket shawls, stones and crystals, etc.)

Group Meditation Event

This is an opportunity to experience the added benefits of meditating within a group. An in person group creates a dynamic energy of collective amplification, allowing for more profound practice.
The event will consist of a guided meditation followed by time for your silent meditation practice. We will also have some open time to connect with each other.
