DESCRIPTION:Class Cost:  $99.  $50 deposit due at time of registering\, remaining $49 due at Workshop. In this workshop\, we will teach what meditation is and how to get started in its practice. You will learn an effective way to approach your meditation practice. We will also share some ways to prepare the body and mind with some simple relaxation and focus techniques. In addition\, you will be introduced to different types of meditation. We hope to bring you a balanced practice and approach to meditation no matter your level of experience or understanding. \nThe following will be supplied:\n\nWorkbooks and pens\nMeditation cushions (Please email us if you require a chair)\nWater and a variety of quick snacks\nRetail items for those interested (includes cushions\, blanket shawls\, stones and crystals\, etc.)\n\nHow to be prepared:\n\nPayment will be completed upon check in\nPlease come in good hygiene free of strong scents or perfumes\nWear comfortable clothing\nYou may bring a throw blanket or shawl\nYour own drinks and snacks are allowed
